FAMILY CHEF TRAINING 

5-week course.  Sundays 12:00-4:00 pm, March 10, 17, 24, April 7, 14.  $1,000 complete session.  Includes recipe book and food.  $200 per session space permitting.

 

In this comprehensive course you will learn to prepare plant-based, gluten-free raw and cooked meals for your family beginning with the foods you love.  The course consists of lectures, demos and hands-on preparation.  We will create dishes for breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner, as well as special occasions including potlucks, brunch, dinner parties and picnics.  Meals prepared from scratch!
