ADVANCED RAW CHOCOLATE MAKING $85 and $100@DOOR April 28th 12-4 pm

World class chef and chocolatier Richard Helmsley will offer an advance chocolate making workshop Sunday April 28th, 12-4:00 pm where we'll learn to make delicious chocolate truffles, barks and other snapping, chewy, caramel-y treats for you and your family to enjoy!

In this 4-hour intensive class, you will be hands on playing with raw ingredients to make your own raw chocolate from scratch.  You will learn:

  • The do’s and don’t of chocolate artistry

  • Dipping/Enrobing techniques

  • What to do when you have an, “Oops! Moment”, how to (hopefully) repair or reuse a less than perfect product

  • Long-term storage of finished and raw ingredients

  • Creativity from basic formulas for centers and coverture

  • Tools on hand—making the most of what you have and prioritizing a list of got to have it toys to enhance your end game
