We will prepare delicious plant-based food for the whole family using preparation methods such as soaking, sprouting, fermenting, blending, dehydrating and juicing. Students will receive hands-on instruction on the preparation of appetizers, desserts, breads, main dishes and sides. Topics include meal planning, ingredient substitution, recipe development, plating and storing. Participants enjoy all food prepared!
